Steven Dawson is back, this time to talk about, as requested, borderline personality disorder. Steven, as always, graced us with his kind and radical view of mental illness and treatment. This is part one of a two-part series.

Steven is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He graduated from NYU with a Masters Degree in Social Work and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. Steven is a professor of Social Work at NYU and Rutgers University. He uses an eclectic style of therapy based on the ideas of Attachment Theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
